- Some medical conditions, disabilities and impairments may exclude participants from rafting for safety reasons, e.g. serious vision impairments. Passengers should disclose any medical condition, disabilities and impairments at time of booking
- Rafting is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant
- Every participant must sign a Liability Release Form prior to commencing rafting tours
- Passengers under the age of 18 years must have a parent or guardian to sign the Liability Release Form on their behalf
- Minimum age: 12 years for Barron River Rafting
- River Levy $35 per person - payable on the day of travel
Terms And Conditions
- Pre-bookings essential; subject to availability and minimum numbers
- Changes allowed 48 hours prior; within 48 hours the booking becomes non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Policy Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour. 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour. No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour. No refund for no-shows without notice. However, you may reschedule for another date (with-in 3 years) at a cost of $50.00 per person. Changes to Bookings: No fee for changes made more than 48 hours before the tour. $5.00 per person fee for changes made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour. $15.00 per person fee for changes made less than 24 hours before the tour, but prior to the scheduled departure time. Note: Any booking that is changed within 48 hours of the scheduled tour becomes non-refundable.
