No star! It was frustrating! We were at Wharf 3 at 6:30pm as it says in our ticket that pick up point is Wharf 3. We waited for an hour and a half and no one has any idea where our boat is. We need a REFUND or at least a reschedule of our cruise!!!

We waited for an hour and a half and no one has any idea where our boat is. You should have just sent one crew to let us know whats happening cause there were like 40 people waiting in cue. It was so upsetting!! Can we ask for refund please? Or at least a reschedule our cruise?!!

Just WASTING TIME and BAD EXPERIENCE!
We not even get into the cruise, cz the harbor gate and boarding time was different! The way how stuff notices US really unprofessional! And make us and other people who’s booked the same cruise waiting for more then 1 and half hour!! CRAZY! And when the cruise already finish we wait at the previous gate ask for negotiation refund but he seem not really FRIENDLY! (ALL OCCASIONAL CRUISES DIRECTOR) VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! The Director even told us to tell the EXPERIENCE OZ for refunds and it’s sound so unprofessional.
